Yes , we generally take minimum 40% to 50% advance payment before commencement of the work, except Voice over recording and Live shooting charges which are usually received full in advance.We take generally 30% Advance payment if we receive Purchase order for the project , provided you accept our work corrections and iterations policies. Remaining payments can be done with Installments on the basis of project’s Price ratio.
Advance payment is not refundable.
Yes, according to our Company policies, we do not handover the projects without watermark until full and final payment is received by us.
A formal agreement stating the “promise to pay ” within 10 days (legalized under Kolkata Jurisdiction) has to be signed by the client before final payment , for receiving the final work project/video done without watermark, under any urgency.This is only applicable if the project is under Purchase order.
We offer the benefits of minor corrections free of cost even after Full and final payment.
We also offer benefits of project storage for 3 years for any corrections requirements in future.
We also offer help with Social media marketing, TV braodcast, Display TV, multiplex formatting of done videos.
